1 rotisserie chicken, meat shredded
1 10 oz package frozen mixed vegetables
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 10 count tube refrigerated biscuits
Heat oven to 400.
Combine, chicken, vegetables, soup, salt, pepper, and 3/4 cup water in a large bowl. Transfer to oven safe casserole, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover, arrange biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are brown, about 15 minutes.
